How long will it take to deliver?
We offer UK-wide delivery within 1-3 business days.
All Orders will be dispatched same day if received before 9 am.
98% our customers received their parcel within 1 business day. 

Please note:
Most of body art studios are closed on Sun-Mon. Therefore all ‘business’ orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to avoid undelivered parcels. 

Delivery to Northern Ireland is estimated to take up to 3 working days.

Delivery of dangerous goods such as sprays (e.g. Easypiercing range) takes one day longer.

Which courier do you use?
For UK deliveries, we use a combination of APC, ParcelForce, Fedex or Royal Mail (small parcels only). A signature may be required.

GOODS RETURN POLICY

In case you would like to return goods, only faulty or non-conforming goodsto the order will be exchanged. We will resend it free of charge. Please contact us first for advice on how to proceed. Refund is not possible.
We do not accept returns, as we cannot guarantee the sterility of any product after it has been delivered.
